When you use Visible Helene Therapy, a variety of information is collected when you show interest in booking counselling sessions or courses and after you book counselling services, or a consultation.
Information will include:
Name, home address, email addresses, contact numbers, date of birth, referral organisation, medication, mental health history, next of kin details, marital status, family details, occupation, doctor’s contact details.
Further information kept on file will be notes taken during your sessions.
Emails and other communications that you send us either via the website or via social media are stored within our email system and social media accounts. Please be aware that Visible Helene Therapy is not responsible for data collection and privacy policies on external sites (i.e., social media) and you are encouraged to read their privacy and security policies.
HOW WILL THE DATA BE USED
The data enables us to communicate with you, including contact by telephone and email. It also enables us to personalise our services for you.

Data will not be sold or rented any to third party organisations.
